Cancellation Policy – Sheen Kart

At Sheen Kart, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. Our cancellation process is simple and transparent to ensure your convenience and satisfaction.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel an order if:

  • The order has not been shipped yet.

  • You cancel through the app by going to My Orders > Select Order > Tap Cancel.

Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation, and a full refund (if paid online) will be processed within 5–7 business days.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the app.

  • You may still reject the delivery at your doorstep. In such cases, the refund will be processed after the product is returned to us in proper condition.


3. Cancellation by Sheen Kart

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incomplete or invalid address

  • Technical errors

  • Fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and a full refund (if paid online) will be issued immediately.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method or Sheen Kart Wallet.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No charges will apply. If prepaid partially, that amount will be refunded.
