At Sheen Kart, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our users. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The product is missing parts or accessories.
The product is not as described on the platform.
The order was cancelled before shipment.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the user.
Items that are marked as non-returnable or non-refundable in the product description.
Perishable items, food products, or personalized/custom-made goods.
Items returned without original packaging, tags, and invoice.
To initiate a refund:
Go to My Orders > Select the order > Tap Request Refund.
Provide a reason with supporting photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request within 48–72 hours.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or Sheen Kart Wallet within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank account or payment app again.
Contact your bank/payment provider.
If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
