At Sheen Kart, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item under the following conditions:
You can request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is not as described on the platform.
The product is missing accessories or parts.
You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products returned after the return period may not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, bills, and accessories.
Items must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Personal hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
Customized or personalized items.
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Go to My Orders > Select the product > Tap Return.
Choose the reason for return and upload images (if required).
Our team will review and approve your request.
Once approved, a pickup will be arranged, or you may be asked to ship the item to a designated address.
After successful return and quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or Sheen Kart Wallet within 5–7 business days.
